MSTC is for people with little or no experience riding motorcycles and those with hundreds of hours, who want to learn how to ride better and safer. We provide just about everything you need from training motorcycles to a safe state of the art practice course. Successful completion of this course fulfills the requirements of the State approved novice rider course for licensing, leaving only the “written” test to be taken.
